Ubilogix gathers information for the purposes of providing you with custom information about our service offerings that support your business.

If you use the forms on our Site, you may receive e-mails from us to facilitate your inquiry. You cannot opt out of e-mails that are necessary to provide our services. Your use of our forms and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions include agreement that we may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you.

Disclosure of collected information

Ubilogix does not share, sell, rent or lease your personal information to others.

Ubilogix will not transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except under the following limited conditions. Ubilogix may provide your personal information to others when we have your consent to share the information, when we need to share such to provide the product or service you have requested, or when we need to provide the information to companies who work on behalf of us to provide a product or service to you. When we provide information to such companies we will limit information provided to that required by them to deliver the product or service, and we prohibit them from using information provided for any other purpose. Ubilogix will, to the best of its abilities and using commercially viable and available technology, take appropriate measures to secure the storage and transfer of personal information. We restrict access to your information to those Ubilogix workers who need to know the information to respond to your inquiry or request. Workers who misuse personal information are subject to disciplinary action.

Third party services

Except under the circumstances listed in continuation, by requirement of law, and/or in agreement with additional, application-specific terms of service agreements, Ubilogix will not share your information with third parties.

The Ubilogix website and web applications operate using third party services, including Digital Ocean for hosting application logic as well as user data on servers throughout the United States.

PayPal and BrainTree are utilized for processing payments, and are therefore provided with personally identifiable information as required to charge credit cards.

Mailgun is used to communicate with customers via e-mail, which entails sharing user e-mail address information, and potentially other personal information included in message bodies.

Services including Zendesk and Slack are used to engage with customers for support ticketing, product feedback, and miscellaneous communication purposes.

Google Analytics is used to quantify website interaction and monitor engagement performance, collecting anonymous usage information in the process.

Please note that, while we always strive to minimize the amount of information shared with third party service providers, any additional information that you choose provide these services independently is subject to their respective terms, policies, and practices.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). This website is not intended for persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children.

Ubilogix offers 21-day evaluation versions of its software for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase.

We do not offer refunds on software where the activation code has already been sent to the customer. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, Ubilogix does not accept product returns or exchanges.

On cancelling a software subscription you will maintain access to the software and its related services for the remainder of your billing period. No refund is provided subject to service cancellation.

Reactivation

You may choose to reactivate a cancelled subscription at any point in time, whether its previous billing period has expired or not. In the event that the billing period has already expired, no back-charges are applied upon reactivation.
